The complex adjacent to the former “Snaga i svetlost” (Power and Light) thermal power plant will consist of 15 buildings with 564 residential units, 68 mixed-use apartments, 39 retail spaces, two auxiliary preschool facilities, and 1,181 parking spaces in underground garages.
